The Friends of the Green Bay Trail enjoyed an evening at Nichols Hall at the Chicago Botanic Garden for the group’s largest annual fundraiser. Bill Kurtis served as the evening’s featured speaker and gave a mesmerizing presentation. The sold-out event raised $50,000 for the group’s mission to restore beauty to the Green Bay Trail. gbtrail.org
