The Occasion: Fashionistas flocked to Neapolitan to take in the new 400-square-foot space devoted to all things Christian Dior within the Winnetka couture mecca.
The Scene: Owner Kelly Golden circulated throughout the store, while the sounds of a classic guitar duo filled the air as models sashayed in different looks from Dior’s Resort 2011 Collection.
The Highlights: One lucky raffle winner walked away with a “Lady Dior” handbag and two tickets to the Dior runway show in Paris for spring fashion week.
The End Result: A percentage of Dior sales from the event and the following Friday benefited the Costume Council of the Chicago History Museum, home to the second-largest collection of Dior in the world.
