The Details: Seen for the first time in the United States after Paris Fashion Week, Neiman Marcus hosted Akris designer Albert Kriemler’s Fall 2010 collection.
The Scene: Held at the Modern Wing of the Art Institute, crisp white chairs lined the runway, while video of the Paris show flashed on the walls.
The Highlights: Never-before-seen handbags made of woven horsehair by the Swiss fashion house debuted as a part of their new prêt-à-porter collection.
The End Result: The fashionable guests stayed well after the show, indulging in Swiss chocolates and personal conversation with Kriemler.
