Next year, DeSitter Flooring will celebrate its 100th anniversary, and the company is looking quite good at the century mark. In fact, the company’s La Grange showroom looks better than ever after undergoing a massive remodel and expansion. If you haven’t visited the showroom recently, you’ll now see more space (1,000 square feet added), more parking, and more innovative and trending options, including a big expansion in selections of hardwood, luxury vinyl waterproof flooring, patterned carpet, and area rugs.
“Everything is updated,” says Ken Holthaus, Business Development/Merchandising Manager. “We’re always trying to improve the experience for our customers.”
It’s the company’s consistent and persistent desire to improve its offerings for its residential and commercial customers that has put DeSitter Flooring at the top of the list for flooring experts in the area. The third-generation family company has received the Dealer of the Year award many times over by the Chicago Flooring Association along with several community awards for excellence.
Another thing that sets DeSitter apart is its flooring design sales team, with some salespeople who have been with the company for 10, 20, or even 30 years.
