1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
7 oz marshmallow fluff
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-by-8-inch pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Cream together the butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and eggs until mixed well.
Mix together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined. Divide the dough in half.
Press half of the dough into the bottom on the foil lined pan. Sprinkle the chocolate evenly over the dough. Top with the marshmallow creme.
Flatten pieces of the remaining dough and press evenly onto the top of the other layers. Bake about 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
