The venue of the Hinsdale Golf Club served as the perfect backdrop for the evening’s “A Night in Casablanca” theme, as guests were taken to 1940s Morocco. Supporters were entertained by a belly dancer, received complimentary fortune readings, and decorated their hands and arms with henna tattoos. CBS 2 Chicago anchor and Hinsdale resident Rob Johnson served as the evening’s emcee and kept the crowd roaring with a live auction of great packages. The event was chaired by Diana Ivas, and Bruce George sits as the HCA President. More than $60,000 was raised to support the HCA and their continual mission to bring the experience of the arts to all in the surrounding communities, in the hope of making the HCA the premier arts center of the western suburbs.
