From a messy thicket of buckthorn to an award-winning elegant and organized garden, the Lemonis’ grounds have undergone an unreal transformation. Their home in Lake Forest was one of the only homes on Ridge Road during the early 1900s. Originally a two-story farmhouse, it was the only residential landmark on a multi-acre, family-owned farm. Throughout time, the land was sold off and developed. Now, six other homes surround it.
