A Night of Surprises

Allendale Shelter Club hosted a Night of Surprises at a private club in Lake Forest featuring cocktails, food stations, dancing, and surprises—including a flash mob of dancers dressed as the event’s food and beverage servers, a balloon drop, and luxurious giveaways. Presenting Sponsor Grove 1935 also surprised guests with a dollar-for-dollar match for all gifts up to $25,000, helping catapult the evening’s fundraising efforts to more than $200,000. The evening was chaired by Avery Keller, Jenny McKinney, and Meg Lynch, all of Lake Forest. Funds raised go directly to support the more than 800 at-risk youth and their families served annually by the Allendale Association. allendaleshelterclub.org
