Roni Nanini’s motto is “Let’s get it done,” and that doesn’t only apply to the home buying process, but also to helping clients settle into their new community. Clients rave that she’s a one-stop-shop, whether they need advice on painters or plumbers, child care or restaurants.

Nanini loves knowing she’s helping people feel welcome, as that’s part of why she got into the real estate business in the first place.
“I love helping people. I always have,” she says.
In her past career she worked with people with disabilities, and has always been the go-to person for friends and family to consult on where to eat, who to call for home needs, and more.
“I love matching people with a service or experience I know is right for them, and I love making people’s lives easier,” Nanini says. “That all comes together in real estate.”
Her passion shows, as she has a roster of extremely happy clients and over $24 million in sales over the past two years alone. Part of her success comes from making it her mission to know everything possible about the North Shore. Nanini was born and raised in Highland Park, and is currently raising her own family in Lake Forest, but she successfully sells across the North Shore.
“If you need something, I can refer you to the best,” she says. “It’s my job to be able to make someone’s move as comfortable as possible, to be able to give them a person to call for a recommendation.”
She’s so effective at this that clients have been known to call her years later asking for advice. Part of the reason people feel so comfortable calling Nanini for recommendations is because they never feel like she’s trying to sell them something. Six years ago she started in real estate as ‘Rookie of the Region,’ and has since consistently pulled in multi-millions in sales each year. But she doesn’t do it for the money, and that’s obvious to clients.
“Not once did Roni try to push us in a direction that didn’t fit with our wants or needs,” said a recent buyer. “Roni could have talked us into the house at the top of our budget, which would have been more commission for her, but didn’t. She understood it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for, and in the end, she found us our perfect match.”
