As the owner of The Dailey Method, open since 2011, she’ll be expanding her brand this September to include a spin component called The Dailey Cycle. As Tina gets ready to get our heart rates up, here are the five things she can’t live without.
1. Sundays
“Sundays tend to be my only day off, and I happily embrace spending the whole day with my husband,
1-year-old daughter, Dorie, and our dog, Dukie.”
2. Working out
“I love challenging myself or being challenged mentally and physically. My day is not complete without a tough workout, whether it’s taking a TDM class, hopping on the bike, or going for a walk. It keeps me sane.”
3. The Dailey Method
“The women, men, and even the kids in childcare have taught me so much about life, love, and happiness. I am so grateful for my teachers, staff, and all of our students who continue to inspire me every day.”
4. Fresh produce
“Fruit and veggies are a huge part of my diet—especially in the summer when they are so fresh and readily available at the farmers markets.”
5. Fresh air
“I’m addicted to fresh air—, whether it’s walking errands around town, enjoying the Lake Forest beaches or trails, or having a glass of red wine and dark chocolate in our backyard hammock at the end of a long day. I live for weather above 50 degrees.”
