More than 260 people turned out for the Wilmette-based Giving Rocks Foundation’s 2018 Giving Rocks Unplugged fundraiser at Evanston Rocks. The inspirational evening featured a stellar musical lineup including American singer-songwriter Michael McDermott, blues harmonica legend Corky Siegel, and local blues prodigy Will Tilson, as well as talented teen musicians. Guests also enjoyed Syd Rocks necklace making, a live and silent auction, and powerful presentations by Foundation Founder Syd Martin and Dr. Jennifer McNeer, Director of the Fellowship Program at University of Chicago, Comer Children’s Hospital. givingrocksfoundation.org
