Fiesta 2018: Solidarity Bridge

Supporters of Evanston-based nonprofit Solidarity Bridge gathered at the Chicago Cultural Center for Fiesta 2018, the organization’s annual fundraising gala. Solidarity Bridge trains and equips medical communities in Bolivia and Paraguay to provide high-complexity surgery and other health care for low-income patients. The gala honored U. S. surgeons who have traveled to Bolivia on multiple mission trips and included cocktails, dinner, live and silent auctions, and a raffle. Guests previewed a documentary film about Solidarity Bridge that will air nationally on the PBS series Visionaries. solidaritybridge.org
