Over 185 attendees gathered at The Evanston Center for Arts for the 2nd annual event featuring food and drinks from local restaurants, live music, raffle packages, and the debut of a video created by a high school student involved in the Justin Wynn leadership program. The 2017 Buddy Portugal Award went to Willie Miller, Jr. for his outstanding contributions to Evanston’s youth, and supporters raised over $37,000 benefitting the Justin Wynn Leadership Academy and its efforts to promote youth leadership. wynners.org
