Brew and Build
Smylie Brothers Brew Pub was a fitting backdrop for the Baker Demonstration School’s annual benefit in February. Co-chaired by Aimee Kackley and Kendra Robinson, both of Evanston, the evening welcomed 210 supporters for a night of cocktails, silent and live auctions, dinner, paddle raise, and presentations by Dan Schwartz, Head of School, and John Llanes, Baker parent. More than $100,000 was raised, going toward scholarships and the renovation of Baker’s athletic field. bakerdemschool.org
