2 small bananas, sliced
1 cup blackcurrants, fresh or thawed if frozen, plus extra to serve
2 cups blueberries, plus extra to serve
1 cup vanilla yogurt
3 cups milk, or almond milk
1 tbsp honey 1 cup crushed ice
2 – 3 tbsp chia seeds
2 – 3 tbsp golden flax seeds
Combine bananas, blackcurrants, blueberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and crushed ice in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth, scraping down sides from time to time as needed.
Divide between bowls and top with the seeds, blackcurrants, and blueberries before serving
