GLENCOE – Cardinal Blase Cupich addressed an interfaith crowd of more than 500 on Monday evening, January 29 as a guest of North Shore Congregation Israel. He called on the U.S. to address the impact slavery has had not only on African Americans but on the nation as a whole, likening the need for the discussion to the way post-World War II Germany dealt with the Holocaust.
