Roger J. Peddle, 93, a longtime resident of Lake Forest, IL died January 4, 2017. He was a member of the Lake Forest American Legion, a family man, and a veteran of WWII.
Husband of the late Jean Swarthout Peddle (1993); father of Linda (Nicholas) Ganzer and Laura (fiancé Chris Kennett) Hansen; grandfather of Elizabeth Gardner, Gregory Ganzer, Tyler (Liza) Hansen, Carter Hansen, & Lee (fiancé Maureen Curley) Hansen; great grandfather of Emily, Quinn, Riley, Braden & Alexander; brother of Carol (Bruce) Becker, Henry (Josephine) Peddle, the late Vincent, the late Ruth Jacobs, the late Eugene (Cecelia), the late Monica Baldi, & the late Lawrence (Shirley) Peddle. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Catholic Charities of Lake County, 671 S. Lewis Ave., Waukegan, IL 60085.
