Five players from the DailyNorthShore.com area have made the Illinois High School Football Coaches Association’s all-state team.
Loyola Academy placed two on the First Team: senior quarterback Quinn Boyle and senior defensive tackle Marty Geary.
The honorable mentions include New Trier defensive back Matt Mosher, Highland Park linebacker/fullback Tommy Motzko and Lake Forest linebacker John Deering.
