LAKE FOREST – Film production crews will be in downtown Lake Forest on Wednesday, March 29 and Friday, March 31 to work on a pilot TV show, prompting the closure of a few city streets.
Streets will only be obstructed during the film times noted below and police officers will be at both sites to assist if there is a need for traffic control, according to the Lake Forest – Lake Bluff Chamber of Commerce.
The crews are from Fox Television Studios, and they will be filming a TV pilot referred to as “Untitled University Project,” according to the City of Lake Forest.
Wednesday, March 29
7 to 11 a.m. – 264 Market Square (just east of Kiddles)
There will be filming just inside the tenant space and outside the pedestrian walkway adjacent to the space. Approved barricade locations are at Western Avenue at the entrance to and exit from Market Square and at the Northgate/Bank Lane and Southgate/Bank Lane intersections.
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. – 381 Deerpath
Filming at a private residence on the south side of the road. Approved barricade locations: Deerpath/McKinley Road, Deerpath/Washington Road, and Walnut Road/Washington Road intersections.
Friday, March 31
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. & 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. – 381 Deerpath
6 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Triangle Park
Approved barricade locations: Deerpath/McKinley Road, Deerpath/Washington Road, and Walnut Road/Washington Road intersections.
