The Lyric Opera Ball held the first weekend in October hosted by the Women’s Board, welcomed more than 500 guests. Red carpet entrances at the Lyric Opera Civic Opera began the night, as elegantly dressed guests made their way in to the opening night of Das Rheingold, launching the Lyric’s 62nd season. Lyric supporters made their way to the Hilton Chicago for cocktails, dinner, and dancing into the night. lyricopera.org
