Former Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith has sold his Lake Forest home for $1.45 million, the Chicago Tribune reported.
The newspaper stated that Smith bought the house in 2004 for $1.625 million and first listed it last year at $1.99 million. The 2002 home has five bedrooms, five baths, two-story family room, a library, billiards area and other amenities, the Tribune reported.
Smith coached the Bears from 2004 through 2012, compiling a record of 81-63. In 2006 the Bears enjoyed a Super Bowl appearance under Smith’s tenure. Smith is now in his second season as head coach of the Tampa Buccaneers.
