NORTHBROOK—An employee leaving his place of business just past 9:30pm on March 18 was approached by a man with a handgun, the employee told police.
Reportedly, the man forced the employee to open the business’ safe, and subsequently stole money, along with the employee’s cell phone. Then the man demanded the employee go into the bathroom and wait for ten minutes before leaving.
The man was described as being in his 40s.
