LAKE FOREST— A 75-year-old resident of Lake Forest was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol late in the evening of October 27th.
A police officer located a car stopped in the road on the 600 block of Westmoreland, after having received a cell phone complaint regarding a possibly intoxicated driver. Police reported that the subject, Marcy Leach, admitted to drinking and failed field sobriety testing. Police took her into custody, where she produced a breath sample indicating a blood alcohol content of 0.185.
Leach was processed and released on bond with a November court date.
