The Institute for Therapy through the Arts invites you to help support creative arts therapies by joining us at our first annual “Rooted in the Arts” benefit on Friday, April 28th, 2017 from 7-10 pm. The funds raised at this event will help Institute for Therapy through the Arts serve more of our clients with financial needs.
The event will take place at The Levy Center, 303 Dodge Avenue, in Evanston. For $65 per person, beer, wine, and light dinner are included. Raffle packages are also available for purchase, and there will be a silent auction featuring gifts from the community as well.
In addition, “Rooted in the Arts” gives you the chance to hear from special honorees Mayor Elizabeth Tisdahl as well as Dr. Michael Thaut, an internationally renowned musician, researcher, and clinician. Dr. Thaut has contributed a huge wealth of literature to the fields of music and neuroscience, and is sought after across the world as a keynote speaker on music, the brain, and neurorehabilitation.
Please join us in honoring these two wonderful individuals while enjoying a great evening of fundraising for Institute for Therapy through the Arts. If you are interested in registering for the event or becoming a sponsor you can do so at www.itachicago.org/events. We look forward to hearing from you!
