At approximately 4:34 a.m., on Friday, Nov. 25, a resident called police for an activated burglar alarm. During the subsequent investigation police discovered several homes had been burglarized on Carroll Road and Symphony Street. Two 19-year-olds were each charged with one count of Attempted Residential Burglary; two counts of Residential Burglary; Theft Over; Possession of Stolen Property.
