On November 1st, Glenview citizens have an important opportunity to hear from and interact with their local government officials. All members of the community are invited to attend the State of the Village Address, at which time Glenview Village President Jim Patterson will outline important issues affecting Glenview, projects undertaken, and plans for the village’s future.
There is time set aside for citizens to ask questions, giving everyone a wonderful opportunity to participate in the democratic process. The address will take place at the Glenview Library, from 8 to 9:30 am.
The League of Women Voters of Glenview/Glencoe is proud to co-host this event, along with the Glenview Chamber of Commerce and the Glenview Values Project, and we applaud village officials for helping to make local government more accessible to all of us.
