Collectors, connoisseurs and art enthusiasts will return to the Chicago Botanic Garden September 15th through September 17th, with a Preview Party on September 14, for the 33rd annual American Craft Exposition (ACE).
Presented by The Auxiliary of NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), this juried exposition and sale of fine craft features one-of-a-kind pieces, luxury collections and uniquely creative artwork from 145 of the country’s leading craftspeople, including an emerging artists category. This highly anticipated event gives guests the opportunity toappreciate and purchase stunning artwork while supporting pharmacogenomics and orthopaedic regenerative medicine research at NorthShore.
Set against the spectacular backdrop of the Chicago Botanic Garden’s world-renowned grounds, ACE features distinctive pieces made in the United States, by the country’s leading artists showcasing new achievements in jewelry, ceramics, metal, fashion wearables, glass, furniture, fiber decoratives, leather, wood, mixed media and basketry. ACE is a nationally recognized and celebrated event, which ispresented by a volunteer committee that works year-round to bring patrons a truly memorable experience. The 2017 ACE co-chairs Laura Koh and Melissa David are honored tobe leading this year’s event.

ACE 2017 returns to the Chicago Botanic Garden, on Thursday, September 14 with a Benefit Preview Party from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The Show runs throughout the weekend: Friday, September 15, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, September 16, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, September 17, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tickets are $13 for a single three-day pass for Chicago Botanic Garden members and $15 for non-Chicago Botanic Garden members. Advance ticketing and parking packages can be purchased online: $30 for a single three-day pass and $45 for two three-day passes. Both options include one day ofparking for one vehicle at the Garden.
