HIGHLAND PARK – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Highland Park in early 2017.
“Highland Park has been a terrific market for KoenigRubloff this year. Our sales volume and market share are up by about 50% and this is where we need to be to best serve our clients and brokers,” said Nancy Nagy, CEO of KoenigRubloff Realty Group. She continued, “As a brokerage known for luxury properties, we see a great deal of opportunity here. Luxury home sales increased nearly 11 percent this year, even as other areas are seeing a slowdown. When this space became available, we knew it was the right time to open the Highland Park branch and further expand our North Shore footprint.”
Managing Broker Mark Pasquesi will lead the office, along with the brokerage’s Lake Forest branch. “Highland Park is a vibrant community with an active real estate market that is ready for our brokerage,” said Pasquesi. “What Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brings to real estate is unsurpassed, and it’s very special for me to bring this level of quality to my home town. We offer our clients and brokers global marketing programs and best-in-class tools, combined with local expertise and exceptional service,” he continued.
The 2500-square-foot branch will be housed in the popular Shops on Elm Place. Located near the Central Business District, the location offers clients the conveniences of a street level entrance and ample parking. The branch is scheduled to open in January 2017, and construction for the interior build-out will begin in December.
