LAKE FOREST – Lake Forest Place, a Presbyterian Homes community, announced its director of sales & marketing, Paisley Valentincic, earned the organization’s top sales honor for the third consecutive year. Valentincic, a 22-year veteran of Presbyterian Homes, closed a record 25 sales this fiscal year in excess of $13 million, which is more than any other salesperson in the organization.
“Paisley is a tremendous asset,” said Presbyterian Homes Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations Bob Werdan. “She is that dynamic combination of hard working leader and individual producer, who finds no challenge insurmountable. We are all so proud of her many accomplishments.”
Valentincic, resident of Lake Bluff who has been in her position for 15 years, has already pre-sold approximately 30 percent of Chalmers Court, the 14 newly built duplex-style cottages on the campus of Lake Forest Place. Ever the salesperson, Valentincic urges potential residents to “Visit us now! There are still great locations to choose from!”
