HIGHLAND PARK – Renaissance Place in downtown Highland Park is for sale, according to ChicagoBusinessJournal.com.
The mixed-use development in the heart of downtown has 82,604 square feet of retail space, including Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, Chipotle, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, and Jos. A Banks. It also is home to the popular Landmark Theatres and the empty, 48,000-square-foot building that once housed Saks Fifth Avenue, as well as 54,534 square feet of office space and 36,660 square feet of high-end one and two-bedroom housing units.
